Appointments may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to the appointment start time with no fee. Cancellations or no-shows after this time frame will incur a $25 fee. After three missed appointments we will no longer be able to offer service.
Cash, Debit, Credit. We can only accept CareCredit if your card has the MasterCard logo on it. Payment is required in full at the time of service. We can no longer accept checks. One Health Organization payments are also accepted, but funds must be verified prior to service.

Ages listed are ideal, but may vary. Dogs weighing less than 25# will only be given one injectable vaccine at a time. Dogs over 25# will only be given two injectable vaccines at a time. In the event that we must split up vaccines for safety reasons we will not charge another Prevention Visit as long as the patient is seen between 14 and 21 days from the previous vaccination date.

This service offered strictly for suffering existing patients by appointment only. A quality of life exam will be done on all patients prior to euthanasia. We do NOT offer convenience or aggression based euthanasia.
Cremation services are available.

We will be CLOSED 11/19 - 12/8 for medical leave. Medications can either be ordered via chewy.com or picked up at the clinic on 11/20, 11/26, or 12/4 9:30am to 4:00pm. All medications must be preauthorized prior to 11/19 to be picked up on these dates. Please call ahead to have them filled and ready for pickup.
