Clinic & COVID Policies - Updated 2/22/2023
To remain in effect until further notice:
- All patients must be scheduled for an appointment. All cats must be in a carrier and all dogs must be on a secure leash with a properly fitted collar.
- All clients are required to pay a $25 appointment deposit per pet to schedule via telephone at 234-571-9668.
- Missed appointments without 3 hours notice will forfeit the $25 deposit. After 3 missed appointments we will no longer be able to offer service.
- Masks are now optional and up to 2 family members may accompany your pet inside for the exam. Curbside service is still available for those who prefer it.
- If you are experiencing any signs of illness we ask that you please wear a mask to prevent the spread of disease.
- If you are COVID positive and within your first 5 days of symptoms we ask that you please remain in your vehicle and operate curbside.
- Our lobby will remain closed to the public and we ask that you wait in your vehicle until we are ready to begin the exam.
- Medications and Prescription Diets can be picked up at the front desk. Please call ahead of time so we can prepare it for you.
