Clinic Policies
To remain in effect until further notice:
- All patients must be scheduled for an appointment. All cats must be in a carrier and all dogs must be on a secure leash with a properly fitted collar.
- All clients are required to pay a $25 appointment deposit per pet to schedule via telephone at 234-571-9668.
- Missed appointments without 3 hours notice will forfeit the $25 deposit. After 3 missed appointments we will no longer be able to offer service.
- If you are experiencing any signs of illness we ask that you please wear a mask to prevent the spread of disease. We can also offer curbside service if you prefer.
- We ask that you wait in your vehicle until we are ready to begin the exam. This drastically reduces noise in the clinic so we can provide a higher level of care.
