Clinic Policies
To remain in effect until further notice:
- All patients must be scheduled for an appointment. All cats must be in a carrier and all dogs must be on a secure leash with a properly fitted collar.
- All clients are required to pay a $25 appointment deposit per pet to schedule via telephone at 234-571-9668.
- Missed appointments without 3 hours notice will forfeit the $25 deposit. After 3 missed appointments we will no longer be able to offer service.
- If you are experiencing any signs of illness we ask that you please wear a mask to prevent the spread of disease. We can also offer curbside service if you prefer.
- Our lobby will remain closed to the public and we ask that you wait in your vehicle until we are ready to begin the exam. This drastically reduces noise in the clinic so we can provide a higher level of care.
- Medications and Prescription Diets can be picked up at the front desk. Please call ahead of time so we can prepare it for you.
